Recipe: Bibimbap (mixed Rice Bowl) π
Ingredients π
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup cooked beef bulgogi
- 1/2 cup kimchi
- 1/4 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup spinach, blanched and shocked in cold water
- 2 eggs, fried sunny side up or as desired
- Toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Directions π
Step 1 π
Place the rice in a large bowl. Top with beef bulgogi, kimchi, bean sprouts, spinach and eggs. Drizzle the top with sesame oil and soy sauce.
Step 2 π
Mix everything together until the rice is evenly coated with the sauces and vegetables. Serve with a dollop of gochujang on top and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds (optional).
