Recipe: Bulgogi π
Ingredients π
- 1/2 pound thinly sliced beef sirloin or rib-eye
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Step 1 π
In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and green onions. Add the beef slices and mix until evenly coated. Let marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Step 2 π
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot with steamed rice or vegetables.
