Recipe: Coconut Sticky Rice With Mango π
Ingredients π
- 1 cup white sticky rice
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 ripe mango, diced

Step 1 π
In a medium saucepan, combine the sticky rice, coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 2 π
Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and divide among 4 small bowls. Top with diced mango. Serve warm.
