Recipe: Greek Salad π
Ingredients π
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1 π
In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, feta cheese and olives.
Step 2 π
In a separate bowl or jar with a lid, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, oregano and salt and pepper. Pour over the salad and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
