Recipe: Greek Souvlaki π
Ingredients π
-1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes -1/4 cup olive oil -4 cloves garlic, minced -2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice -1 tablespoon dried oregano -1 teaspoon dried thyme -1 teaspoon salt -1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper. Add cubed chicken and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
Step 2 π
Preheat grill to medium heat. Skewer the marinated chicken onto metal or wooden skewers. Grill for 8 to 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve with pita bread and tzatziki sauce (optional).
