Recipe: Greek-style Grilled Chicken π
Ingredients π
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Step 1 π
In a shallow dish, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, pepper and salt. Place chicken in the dish and turn to coat with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2 π
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil grate.
Step 3 π
Discard marinade and place chicken on the preheated grill. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes per side, or until juices run clear. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of a breast should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
