Recipe: Greek Tzatziki Sauce π
Ingredients π
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, white wine vinegar and dill. Stir until evenly combined.
Step 2 π
Stir in the olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with grilled meats or vegetables.
