Recipe: Grilled Salmon With Mango Salsa π
Ingredients π
- 4 salmon fillets, about 6 ounces each
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt For the mango salsa:
- 2 mangoes, diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice

Step 1 π
Preheat a grill to medium heat. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika and salt. Place salmon on the grill and cook for 4 minutes per side or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, in a bowl combine diced mangoes, jalapeno pepper, red onion, cilantro and lime juice. Stir to combine.

Serve grilled salmon topped with mango salsa. Enjoy!
