Recipe: Grilled Salmon With Teriyaki Glaze π
Ingredients π
- 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Step 1 π
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat, and lightly oil the grate. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil.
Step 2 π
Mix the teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, ground ginger, and garlic powder together in a bowl. Set aside half of the mixture for basting.
Step 3 π
Place the salmon fillets on the preheated grill. Brush with remaining half of teriyaki glaze. Grill for 7 to 10 minutes, turning once, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Baste occasionally with remaining glaze during grilling time.
