Recipe: Hummus π
Ingredients π
- 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1 π
In a food processor or blender, combine chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and cumin. Blend until smooth.
Step 2 π
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with fresh vegetables or pita chips.
