Recipe: Paneer Tikka ๐
Ingredients ๐
- 2 cups paneer (cubed)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions ๐
Step 1 ๐
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Add the onions and sautรฉ till golden brown. Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt. Sautรฉ for a few minutes.
Step 2 ๐
Add the cubed paneer and mix well. Cook for 10 minutes or until the paneer is cooked through. Add freshly chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well. Serve hot with rotis or naan.
