Recipe: Stir-fried Noodles With Vegetables π
Ingredients π
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 8 ounces cooked noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Step 1 π
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add carrots and bell pepper and cook for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook until softened, about 5 minutes more.
Step 2 π
Add noodles to the skillet and stir fry until heated through. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir fry for an additional minute. Remove from heat and stir in cilantro before serving.
