Recipe: Teriyaki Chicken Stir-fry π
Ingredients π
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Step 1 π
In a bowl, combine the chicken cubes with the teriyaki sauce and sesame oil. Mix until evenly coated and set aside.
Step 2 π
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and bell pepper and stir fry for about 3 minutes. Add the broccoli and garlic and stir fry for another 3 minutes.
Step 3 π
Add the chicken mixture to the wok and stir fry for an additional 5 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve over hot cooked rice.
